"Stayed at Best Western (just across the street from the Rochester airport) last night to get a VERY early flight. Flight was canceled at midnight. Needed to reserve for an additional day. Seroto ( I am sure that I don’t have the spelling correct) at the reception desk was EXTREMELY helpful. He allowed us to stay in our room until the one we reserved was available. He came to our room to tell us we could move. Very clean rooms. Thank you so much!!"

"This is a very cute well run B & B in a great part of Rochester. It’s on a quiet residential street but it is near both Park and Monroe Ave where there are a lot of good restaurants."

"Hidden gem in Rochester. We had a great stay. Beds were super comfortable, room was spacious and much more interesting than your typical hotel (especially at this moderate price range). There is a very cozy, cool speakeasy / jazz club in the basement. I will definitely be back here if I need a place in Rochester again."

"Location of School 31 is convenient to many local activities. The re-use of the building is wonderful. Decor is fun and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again. It was a little quirky with the bathroom area being open to the rest of the room. Our room was on the road-side of the building and there was some traffic noise. The bed was very comfortable and room temperature controls were easy to use."

"The location was convenient to our daughter’s school, Rochester Institute of Technology, just 4 miles. There’s a great coffee place across the street. The hotel served breakfast but we took advantage of the cute breakfast places in downtown Rochester."

"We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was perfect for our needs. Across the street from Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Whole Foods and more! Very easy to get around Rochester. Plenty of parking as well. I appreciated the cleanliness and free coffee/tea and fruit/snacks. Rooms are modern and updated."
