"From the moment I checked in, the staff on duty was very pleasant. I hotel was quiet and looked to kept up. My room was cozy and comfortable, the space was clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was properly cleaned and the towels were soft. The hot water in the bathroom made for a relaxing bath. My only issue was that the toilet paper wasn't charmin soft as I like. The bed linens were fresh and clean, the bed was the perfect combination of softness and firm. The pillows were very fluffy and to my liking which resulted in a great night's rest. "

The dining room chairs are the worst I’ve ever seen in a food service, the seat covers are washed to non existence. The carpets old, and my rooms ceiling needs painting. "
