「My family enjoyed our stay in Waterford. The house was very nice and had everything we needed for a nice weekend. Ariel was great and promptly responded to any questions we had. Would certainly stay again.」

「The place was very clean and very cute! Perfect for what I needed and in a great location. There were some issues getting in initially but it wasn’t the host’s fault. She was super helpful and responsive. Only thing that wasn’t provided were utensils and a hair dryer. But definitely manageable without those. Still a great weekend! Would definitely book again!」

「Apt. is neat and clean actually spacious for a couple could easily add a third person if they we're ok sleeping on couch. we were there for the Travers Stakes was perfect spot one mile drive to the track. Very short drive to restaurants and bars or probably a 20 minute walk if you so chose. Place was quiet easy parking access. How ever parking in Saratoga is not easy access. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.」

「We were in town for my son to participate in a wedding in Troy. The location is very central to restaurants, grocery and shopping. The check-in and entry/exit of the property was very clear and easy. James, the property manager, was incredibly accommodating and available to answer any of our questions or concerns. He really went the extra mile and it was very appreciated.」

「The house was the perfect size for our large family gathering and Sergio went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Seems like the cleaning staff might have taken significant short cuts before we arrived because some of the floors were dirty, towels and lint left in the clothes dryer and upstairs bedroom not cleaned of trash.
