"Incredible room with an incredible view! The amenities were really good and the staff was lovely! The entire hotel is amazing and we had the best stay!!"

"Really lovely place with very hospitable and attentive hosts. Very nice Ryokan room and we got free upgrade to a room with personal onsan. Property has public onsan but men section was under service. Host offered timed use of ladies public onsan for privacy but as had one in room we declined. The property is a good 10min uphill walk from bus stop. So you may need to consider getting a taxi, or contacting host. On leaving we asked for a taxis but host kindly arranged for one of the staff to drop us to bus stop. Would highly recommend for traditional Japanese experience."
