"Loved our trip there, will def come back. All staff so nice. Great beach. Had a nice time relaxing"

"Food was excellent. Only real problem was the pool. It closes at 8:00 PM and there isn't a swim up bar. The property doesn't clean the sargassum (seaweed) off their beach. Plus they have a sign that says no swimming in the sea. So, swim at your own risk. Now back to the food. This is an true all inclusive resort. When you eat at any of the restaurants you can order more than one appetizer, entrée and dessert. The buffet was really good as well. I would rate this a sold 9 out of 10. Highly recommend this to anyone o e or any family."

"The property is amazing; they have two sides where you can swim in the ocean. However, on the east side, there was just a lot of trapped seaweed. Also, around the pool areas, if the wind is strong, the umbrellas can't be opened. So plan accordingly. The resort had a lot of dining options. The gym was extremely well-equipped, and the staff was amazing."

"El hotel está remodelado, la habitación que tuvimos estaba excelente, la limpieza muy buena en todo el hotel. Punto negativo es la poca actividad que tienen de entretenimiento, a pesar que el Team es maravilloso, otro aspecto fue el customers services no fue el mejor! Pagamos para vacacionar y se supone que además de todo lo bueno que puede estar el hotel (que lo está) deben de tener un servicio al cliente fantástico. Si no hubiésemos tenido estos dos aspectos, el hotel para mí fuese 5 star’s"

"We loved this resort ! The food was good . The drinks were good . The staff was amazing ! Very attentive ! Property was clean . Only issue elevators were extremely hot ! But other than that no complaints ! Marisol our butler was amazing ! Rick was very nice at prime . We ended up getting the prime membership ! The spa was gorgeous ! My massage was amazing !"
