"could b better with hospitality. didnt provide tooth brush again very basic thing. upon asking i am coming for my bday they did nothing spcl. when my frnd ask for a simple decor they chargw 150$ usd for it. didnt provide any shutle no pick up no drop off. no try to make guest spcl"

"This place is like the best kept secret. Friendly environment - they're always saying hey, always smiling, etc.; safe - security asks room numbers to anyone entering and leaving the property; Sports Arena Bar - delicious; beach area - they're out there early in the morning raking seaweed; My mom needed her blood pressure checked everyday and they so kindly did that for her. Not only that, they watched her and kept an eye on her throughout our entire stay and would ask if she was doing great; the head gardener - He has been at that property for over 20 years and was so friendly; towel boys - Friendly; that part of the beach is absolutely stunning; the area is quiet, but doesn't feel vacant; you never have to fight for chairs; the place is clean and they are ALWAYS updating something and staying on top of things; lifeguard was very attentive to his job; housekeepers - Wonderful; I really cannot say enough about this place and I have traveled all over the world. Best part of it all, AFFORDABLE, but they don't sacrifice the quality. Pools are Amazon and there are so many; beautiful property; I was stunned to see how nice this place was after what I paid. The bartenders work hard and friendly. Everyone looked like they loved their job even if they didn't. incredible place and enjoyed every second of it."

"Great for a party atmosphere. Liquor/beer selection is bad. Food could be better. They try to upsell you on premium liquor, food, and a club on the top floor. That got annoying really fast."
