「Buffet could have been better. Our family tried making reservations at the restaurants and were told that they no longer had reservations and they would not be able to accommodate all 16 of us to sit together even though we said we didn’t have to all sit together. The rooms are motion censored and at night the fans would turn off. Which was a bit inconvenient since the room temperature is controlled we really couldn’t adjust to make our room cooler. 「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」

「I had a superb winter avoidance break at Bahia Principe. The pre booked transfer with Amstar worked perfectly both ways - just over an hour from Cancun. I opted for the shared transport but was the only passenger on both trips!
