「This resort is very average and not as good as the dreams in Punta Cana. - it’s old and dated - the restaurants aren’t very good and they’re often closed - rooms need an update - the biggest complaint is that there’s two pools and one of them is used all day as a party. Constant music, people drinking in the pool all day (and never getting out to go to the washroom), - there are limited lounge chairs and they’re always “reserved by 7:00 am. - lastly and not someting the resort can manage but...

「The entire staff at the resort are amazing. Our concierge Gina was very helpful with recommendations for tours off the property, and things to do on the property. Carlos and Dieder from the entertainment team were full of energy and so genuine in their desire to make sure we were engaged and having fun.
