「This was our first visit to Tulum and we will definitely be back! The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request. We loved how secluded this resort was with miles of beaches to explore. We look forward to bringing our kids with us next trip!!!」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「Fantastic property, well managed and made for a relaxing stay. The house itself is in a slightly remote area so it’s a 15-20 min walk to the few local restaurants, also 20 mins to town and nearby Cenotes. There are some bikes to use if you choose. BUT the best news is ocean views from all 3 bedrooms which is pure heaven. Just make sure to wear reef footwear to cross the rocks into the tropical water - which is steps away from the heated infinity pool. 」

「I had very good staying in the hotel. Stuffs are full of kindness and friendly. There is only one restaurant in hotel. Mexican food was awesome! I could see wonderful starry sky at night. I dare say to hotel, please put dust box in the room.」
