「the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.」

「Room for improvement- we liked it but 1) coffee maker but no coffee in the room, 2) balcony sliding door didn’t lock, 3) nozzle on faucet missing and faucet loose, 4) wi-fi needed to be reset twice, 5) wooden chair needed felt pads (terrible and unnecessary noise when moving the chair), 6) bathroom area needs wall hooks. Simple fixes would make it soo much better. Otherwise it was a good deal and we LOVED the cenotes, price was included. 」

「Definitivamente la estancia es un 10/10. Superó nuestras expectativas. Todo limpio, ordenado, una vista espectacular. Las instalaciones muy bien, todo acogedor. La habitación genial. La atención por parte de Jesús y Javier fue estupenda, te hacen sentir cómodos, como en casa. Ellos son un plus a todo lo bueno del hotel. Nos fuimos muy contentos y sin duda regresaríamos.」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. 」

Esta alejado de Tulum, llegamos temprano y de igual manera entramos a check-in esperando 20mins, el agua sale caliente (cosa que no me habia pasado en otros hoteles) el wifi va bien, buena electricidad, cama comoda!, somos mexicanos y quisimos conocer el mar caribeño, nos toco sargazo pero eso no empeoro la experiencia. Para moverte necesitas Taxi pero la misma recepción te ayuda, hay tienda cerca caminando y un cenote donde hay un cocodrilo, el agua es de piedras...

「Our stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless and comfortable even better than the description and pictures. We both had a blast going to the tulum ruins and having a light breakfast everyday by the ocean. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Hands down one of my favorite trips ever thanks to Villa pescadores. 」

「Such a cute little space. Found some interesting creatures in the room but we sort of expected that being where it is. Other than that, we loved the space, location, the wonderful workers and the outdoor kitchen. It does get quite loud from the club across so when you go, expect that but this has nothing to do with the hotel. Would definitely go back! (And buy better ear plugs) 😅」
