"Great glamping experience! Spacious and comfortable tent. Personal bathroom with shower. Great shared kitchen with small breakfast included. Lots of drinkable water included. Staff were very nice. Only one of the bikes in working condition and the rest were in desperate need of repair. Make sure to bring bug repellant. The pool was not as advertised, but fine. There is a great cenote and cave nearby to enjoy. "

"Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely."

"The website and reviews are completely different then when I stayed there. The bedding, sheets, towels, robes, everything had stains on it. The building is really run down, structural damage, cracks in the walls. The bathroom shower is gross. It flooded water was running out the shower into where the toilet is. The beach is completely useless so many rocks no where to sit and relax. I cant tell you when the water has ever been changed in any of the pools they have. Especially the ones in the room on the balcony. Also a place where you cant sit and relax. Everything needs a complete overhaul and make over. The restaurant was okay, the food I had the first time was good. The second time I got sick and threw my guts up. The silverwear they give you is dirty. I used my hands and only had the tacos. Last but not least the road to get to the hotel is terrible potholes every where and goodluck getting a driver to pick you up or drop you off if you dont get a private driver like I did. My experience was terrible and I would never stay there again."

"Our stay was truly exceptional and the location was perfect. We were steps from the beach with gorgeous views of the turquoise water from the villa. They had snorkeling gear for us and kayaks so we were out to the reef snorkeling each day. The property was spotless and the owners are undergoing a major refresh with many updates that made it even better in person than the photos. Everywhere inside and out felt very spacious. The kids loved the pool and all the smoothies the bartender made. The owner also helped arrange transportation to Tulum one day, which was fun, massages on the beach, and a mariachi for a happy hour one evening. Everything was perfect."

"Casa Tortuga is right on the beach. Lovely pool. Large rooms. Fantastic friendly service from Samuel and Marisela. Samuel is such a good cook that we ate almost all of our meals at the Casa.The only issue that kept this from being a perfect vacation was the sargassum. The smell the first few days was very strong. A major effort to remove the older sargassum eased the odor and allowed access to Soliman Bay for some great snorkeling. Cheryl was responsive and even arranged for us to use the beach at a Casa where the sargassum was less prevalent."

"Absolutely stunning views! House was beautiful and very clean. Chefs did a wonderful job on the meals - they were all delicious! The entire staff was extremely kind and helpful! Carolina was amazing and helped us pick such incredible excursions for our family! The lazy river is a must! And she helped arrange all transportations and activities. So very thankful for our stay! "

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had all the kids and grandkids to Villa Iguana for an amazing week. 13 family members had the best family vacation of all time. The villa was great and the Chino and Anita took great care of us and the villa. I highly recommend this place!"
