The food and drinks were great and we paid extra for Hibachi which I highly recommend. Everyone was so happy and very polite. All the workers worked hard to make our experience a memoriable one. "The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the preplanning of our trip as well as throughout our entire stay. She was easy to access and responsive. Barbara even helped us plan a small wedding/vow exchange on the property and connected us with some amazing people to help make our day magical in this beautiful location!The amenities were gorgeous, the view, the calm bay and BEAUTIFUL sand and well-kept beach for enjoyed by all!The staff were OUTSTANDING and just as hard to leave as the beautiful location. They were all so kind, accommodating and down right hard workers!!! We enjoyed the incredible food served by Manuel and the delicious bottomless drinks served by Loius. We appreciated the beautiful ladies that helped keep our space clean and tidy and were so helpful with getting clothes washed and pressed for our big day! They worked so hard to make the indoor space, the outdoor space and beach look simply flawless!!!This was a truly perfect vacation for our whole family!"

"This was a last minute trip and I must say I had absolutely a WONDERFUL time and sooooo happy I stayed here! The Staff…EVERYONE was so nice, professional, helpful, kind, sweet, and attentive. I slept very well…the bed was very comfortable. Then Matias…he did a video of me that was soooooo beautiful. I mean…I speechless as I came to do absolutely nothing…which is surprising being I always do activities and take pictures. They let me stay a lil longer for my flight. Arranged my transportation to and from the airport and even off the bay to go to Tulum. I most definitely will come back and thank you guyz again🥹❤️"

"The hacienda was beautiful, with its own cenote and underground river. Tours by David were amazing on site, and his advice for activities, restaurants etc. really enhanced our stay. The restaurant food was excellent - we had breakfast included and also ate one lunch and 2 dinners during our 5 night stay. "

"This was our first experience vacationing in this way and it was fantastic. The villa had plenty of room to be with the kids. Waking up and walking right out to the beach and paddle boarding with the morning sun was fantastic. Luis was extremely helpful from pre-arrival groceries to finding taxis. And even though we were concerned as we shared the beach with the casitas, it wasn’t an issue at all. Everyone was nice, respectful of space and no noise issues. Being able to walk down the beach to 2 fantastic restaurants was perfect. I liked the security and we would come back! Thank you for your patience with all my questions. "
