「大勢の人がチェックインカウンターに並んでいました。ようやIDカードを提示しチェックインできるかと思ったら、さらに30分ほど待たされました。他のお客さんも同じ様に随分と待たされていました。湿気のある暑いロビーで汗だくになりました。スタッフはモタモタしていました。部屋や施設はとても良かったです。」

「The hotel is beautiful! The pool at night looks gorgeous with the lighting, and having private access to the beach is a big plus. My room was spacious and comfortable, and the restaurants were really nice. The bathroom could use some updating to match the rest of the property, and it would be great if the hotel offered more activities for guests. Everything inside the hotel is lovely, but the area outside is quite disappointing. The road from the airport to the hotel is full of potholes, and...

「Room cleansing is the worst. It was the worst, coming at 8pm in the middle of the night, only partially cleaned, etc. They would come in without permission or have major safety issues. The buffet was the best. The other restaurants are one star level. It is the level of leaving in the middle of the meal. This place was rated harshly because it is 4 stars.」

「Our group of 3 had an amazing time at the Royalton Bavaro. While the check in was a bit slow Damien came to the rescue and got us in to a room at our regular check in time. Adoni, our FANTASTIC, concierge hooked us up every step of the way. He made a big difference in our stay and we are grateful to have had him in our corner to make the trip seemless. Many thanks to him. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Franklin at the beach bar...essential! Juan at Zen....your energy made our night....
