「Nice beach and pool area」

「Everything was excellent. Food was much better than typical all inclusive. Beautiful facility, beach, and helpful staff. The room was a little musty (just that humid/island smell). You can get aromatherapy oils to burn from your butler. 」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. 「Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.」
