I quite literally have nothing positive to say about the staff and the overall treatment of guests. I won’t waste my time explaining in detail, as nothing was heard while I was there. "Very clean room with all amenities. I’ve been to this property many times before in the past few years. There is a lot of variety at the Larimar buffet, made to order omelet stations for breakfast. Meats, burgers, fish and chicken cooked to order for lunch and dinner. Kids station with nuggets, fries, mozzarella sticks and pizza station (which they can make a custom personal pizza if you don’t like the toppings they put on it). "

"We have being in several AI hotels in Cancun and the Caribbean and this one without a question is at the top of our list. The staff is awesome, we can´t name one person who wasn´t nice to us. Kudos to the entertainment team, they will keep you busy the whole day with a bunch of activities. And the girls at the kids club, they are amazing, it shows they just love working with kids. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The beach was very nice. The buffet and the "a la carte" restaurant also good but ask for suggestions since some are better tan others. We are already planning on going back this summer!!"

"Rooms were clean, but condition of things were in rough shape and quality was average. Food was average and we felt like the food served at the restaurants was the same food you could get at the buffet. Would not consider the restaurants as fine dining. We opted to not upgrade to diamond club and noticed that getting a server to get you drinks was difficult. Loved the lazy river and water park features. Beach was beautiful and lots of fun activities all day and evening!"
