The hotel is good, but they need to improve the pool service. The room was very clean with an excellent view of the marina. Erick provided excellent service, very attentive. Alvi, too, provided excellent service.

My family had a great time everyone was so nice and welcoming at this experience. There were shows and music and plenty of options for food. My kids enjoyed kids club it was an overall good time
