「We just got back from Punta Cana and had the pleasure of staying at this amazing resort—though only for one night due to a canceled flight and no availability at our original hotel. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, Jeifry welcomed us with a smile and excellent service. He made check-in smooth, gave us a tour, and made us feel like we had known him for years.
Our room wasn’t ready right away, but Jeifry promised to do his best—and by 2 PM, we were in! He even made a dinner reservation...

He also wanted me to pay extra for the electricity after I had stayed there for 2 nights ,not in the contract with Hotels.com

「The tropical garden setting around the hotel is stunning. The pool area is quiet and always clean. There are so many loungers you never need to rush. We especially loved the music at the beach bar when the DJ came in the afternoon. The atmosphere was so relaxed.」
「This hotel is located right in the heart of Punta Cana. Everything is within walking distance. We enjoyed local Dominican food just a block away. The room was fresh and tidy with a big window overlooking palm trees. I highly recommend it.」
