"The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. "

"What I liked- Property & services were top notch. Staff was very friendly. Place was neat & inviting. What I did not like- The traveler’s club was a waste of precious time. While the program may make sense to some it did not for me. They need to work on strategies to make the program more transparent. It looked fishy all along. To sum it up, when we raised concern about time wasted & asked how much the program would cost, we were given the highest quote by the so called Manager only to discover later from another guest that there were various levels. Juan was very helpful with daily updates & dinner reservations."

"The property is nice and well maintained. Even with all inclusive, you will NOT try the restaurants they advertise are available. It’s not just the hassle to make reservations, they are booked days in advance. During our many days stay, we only tried one of the restaurants of the many they advertised. You’re not able to book without checking in and there isn’t availability during your stay.Alternative food options are limited at the buffet style restaurants. You do get bored of the same Americanized options twice a day. In reality, most travelers want to try local food. Their cocktails are pretty good and they have a shuttle service that can take you to a local casino or nightclub. Staff members are quiet and not eager to assist but it is likely because they work incredibly hard, many days in a row, without any time off. No amount of tips may motivate someone to smile and be available for every need. When you strike up a conversation, everyone is really nice and welcoming. Some of the warmest folks include Ruth, Aderly, and Santo. We attended the presentation where they shared how to become a travel member or “VIP” member. We spent about 2-3 hours with their sales associates. We were genuinely interested as our family travels quite a bit. It was not a good fit for our family, and salespeople want an answer on the spot. The “spa” credit you receive for attending is a massage. Overall, you do not get an all inclusive experience. Edit: battling possible bed bug bites."

"I have stayed at this hotel both as a standard guest and as a Royal Level guest, and honestly, I believe the standard experience offers much better value for money. The hotel itself is good. The beach was enjoyable, the room was acceptable, and the food was generally okay. While the restaurant options were sometimes limited and lacked variety, the food was not terrible and I was able to find something to enjoy at most meals. My main disappointment was with the Royal Level upgrade. For the highest-priced experience the hotel offers, it simply did not feel premium. One of the biggest issues was the lack of exclusive dining options during certain hours of the day. Despite paying for the VIP experience, there were periods when Royal Level guests had to rely on the same food outlets as everyone else, often dealing with long lines and crowded areas. I expected more convenience and exclusivity for the price. The service also felt inconsistent. During checkout, no assistance was offered to transport my luggage to the lobby. Similarly, the beach towel service did not feel particularly premium, as I was instructed to exchange towels at the same location used by all guests rather than receiving a more personalized service. The room was generally comfortable, although the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to the point that I could not properly sleep on it. The room also had some cleanliness issues, but nothing severe enough to ruin the stay. Overall, I am giving this hotel 4 out"
