"My stay at the Wyndham Alltra in Playa del Carmen was wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the experience felt easy and welcoming. The resort is beautifully set up, with great pools, beach access, and plenty of entertainment to keep each day interesting. The food stood out for both quality and variety. Every meal offered something different, from buffet spreads to à la carte dinners, and everything was consistently delicious. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always went out of their way to help, creating a warm and personal atmosphere. If you’re looking for a relaxing, all-inclusive getaway where everything feels taken care of, I highly recommend Wyndham Alltra Playa del Carmen."

"The resort itself is beautiful and very family friendly. I traveled with two small children (ages 3 and 5), and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. However, I do want to note an issue we experienced with dinner reservations. We arranged our reservations through a staff member named Natalia (with tattoos and both arms), who confirmed that our dinners were booked for three consecutive nights. Since my husband was only in the country for those three nights, these reservations were very important. Unfortunately, when the time came, we were told that no reservations had actually been made. As a result, we ended up dining at the buffet for all our meals. While the buffet was decent, it was disappointing given the effort we put into planning and the importance of those dinners for my husband’s stay. What made the situation worse was that guest services were neither helpful nor understanding. They even acted as if they didn’t know who Natalia was, which was very frustrating. By the time they offered to book whatever was left at the other restaurants, it was too late, my husband had already left."

"The property was absolutely beautiful. once you arrive you feel so welcomed and right at home. the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond for me. everything about this resort is amazing. they have lots of entertainment and shows and the restaurants are amazing as well. if you’re looking for an amazing all inclusive this is your winner right here!"
