Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but honestly, my group had fun because of US and the energy we brought, not because the resort provided enough entertainment. The Bash Tower room was nothing special, and I could have just kept the Trendy room. For a resort with this type of reputation, there definitely needs to be more entertainment and activities to keep the energy going. Also, be aware there is a $400 security deposit PER ROOM, which I found ridiculous. I’ve stayed at resorts in the Dominican Republic and Jamaica and never had to pay a security deposit like that. You aren’t just a basic hotel—you’re a resort, so act accordingly. The food was great, and that was definitely one of the highlights. Overall, we made the best of our trip and had a great time together, but as far as the resort itself goes, I’m not sure I would come back.

I have visited Cancun almost 10 times and stayed all different resorts. This resort is very new and has a lot of potential. However, it seems that there are serious issue in maintenance. Most of the faucets in the public area are already broken. Every towels and sheets has stain. I strongly suggest to the management to check how they do the laundry. All the towels in room are dirty and disgusting. It also seems that spider just hachted in my room.
