"The rooms were spacious, and housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. Staff members were friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is smaller than it appears in the photos, but the location—steps from both the pool and the beach—is a major plus. Even during spring break, we had no trouble finding available chairs. This is not one of the big, fancy all‑inclusive resorts, but more of a medium‑sized, budget‑friendly place, and you basically get what you pay for. The common areas and buffet restaurant are fairly average, but the all‑day poolside entertainment adds a fun atmosphere. Overall, the hotel met our needs and worked well for our trip."
