Juan Jose and Hector at the desk we're very accommodating the security and cleaning ladies were super friendly! My room was unique and perfect for me and my little dog. I loved the pool... There is a group kitchen which was wonderful the AC worked great close by to grocery gasoline a few bars and restaurants... Close enough to the beach to...

"Heel lief en behulpzaam personeel, schone grote kamers, fijne en schone badkamer, mooi zwembad. Locatie is perfect. Enige opmerkingen: niet aan beide kanten van het bed een stopcontact en de wifi is op de kamer erg slecht (geen wifi en ook geen mobiele service). Al met al echt een heel erg fijn hotel, ik zou het zeker aanraden! "

"The property was personal and unique - focused around a natural environment. The great thing about this property is that it’s situated in the heart of Tulum. Everything is walking distance from this place. Also the property offers ocean access and bicycle rental if available. The best way to see to Tulum is on cycles. The rooms are spacious and the showers were amazing. Great customer service by the front desk staff. I plan to return to this property."

"They have the parking on the property, which is great. The shower was weird. The water was coming down from the ceiling, so we couldn’t get our “normal” shower. Otherwise, the room was spacious and clean. Staff are amazing, super friendly and helpful."

"very clean. beautiful views. quiet as it’s set further away down tulum party beach zone. free beach access through ether but minimum $30 usd min spend to use beds/pool etc. didn’t use these and chose to seek out more lively beach clubs."

"Hidden gem! It’s like a small community offering like 35 specious one bed apartments with an outdoor tub in each unit and an infinity pool and grills on the rooftop. Very calm and chill, perfect for long stay as well; you park outside of the property on the street if you don’t mind."

"Mimosa was a nice hostel / hotel in a really convenient location. Our private room was clean, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the location was very near to cafes, shops, markets, etc… but not on the main road. The pool was down when we were there but it looks like they were fixing it. Also, there was a big storm when we were there. The electricity went out but they came around with candles which was really helpful! "

"Nature is perfect I Like it but they charge me for Breakfast food and Juices that 1st server said were included in the package, after the fact they change their mind and charge me for the free Items list that was indicated from the beginning, indicating that from the original list some items were still chargeable. No good they need proper training and be honest from the beginning with clients. ether it is free or not??? Very confused and upset we decided not to go back to have breakfast. "

"I did not like this place at all. I was promised so many things and when I got there it was a whole different experience. I had no Wi-Fi and there isn’t AC, since their router exploded. I booked a week and left after 2 days. "
