「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. 「Ohne Zweifel, eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren! Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern und der Strand fantastisch. Wir hatten eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern die super eingerichtet war. Die Küche war fast besser als zu Hause. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hat uns sogar einen late Checkout ohne Mehrkosten erlaubt. Taxis nach Tulum stehen direkt an der Ecke und kosten ca 20 U$. Einziger Nachteil, das Essen im Hotel war langweilig und völlig überteuert. Zwei gute Restis sind in 5...

It was so spacious, the pool was perfect, we were able to walk to different restaurants in the neighborhood, and it was very quiet. Edwin and Irma were so wonderful and great chefs!!! Hosts even put us in contact with a masseuse that came by and she was great!!! They also just had the best tips for our stay. We enjoyed our early morning runs along the road.
