"Been to this property 15 times with 4 brand names. We keep coming back because the staff have remained and are the most wonderful hosts you could ask for. Property is great for young families, as it is much smaller and easier to navigate than super-resorts. Lobby, pools, beach, restaurants, bars & entertainment are all central to the rooms, takes no more than 2 minutes to walk from one to the other. Rooms are easy to access from anywhere so it's no big deal to go back to the room if you forget something. Buffets provide great variety for breakfast, lunch, dinner. Specialty restaurants have amazing quality & service including Mexican, Italian, Steakhouse & Asian restaurants in addition to the buffet. Lobby coffee shop has snacks,desserts,small sandwiches available throughout the day. Rooms are clean with some offering lots of space. VIP lounge on 6th floor is great for snacks, appetizers, high-end cocktails, also pool, games and best sunset views over the lagoon. Our favorite people and friends are: Concierge Anna (always gone above and beyond for our family), Fily and Gaulberto at Italian restaurant, bartenders Jose, Ricardo, Rigo, pool/beach servers Daniel, Big Mac, Buffet server Martin, Bellhops Angel, Kiko, Kids Club Rubi and Alejandra. "We really enjoyed our stay! Room was clean and a good size. Really enjoyed the pool area and how it is right on the beach. Our toilet was leaking the first night we arrived, however the hotel staff was very responsive and kind and helped switch our room right away. Overall, our whole family enjoyed it. "

"Food is very bad. Hotel is outdated. Beach is very narrow/small. Feels like a party hotel as it’s very loud. A nice thing is that the visitors tend to be friendly and love to party/dance. "

"Rooms nice and spacious and comfy beds. Nice view of the ocean and pool. Lovely food in the breakfast buffet and the pool and beach all really nice. Only thing would be they were very understaffed in the pool bar areas, one person in a busy lunch period. Also I don’t think the reception people are very helpful - my friend was delayed to check in and they failed to advice me that I needed to spend a credit during my stay "
