"The staff was so attentive and helpful. The location is perfect for old town. Breakfast buffet plus a menu including local cuisine was also amazing. Elevators were quick. Rooftop bar had tasty drinks and clear city views. I would 100% stay here again. My stay was with my gf, both of us 40s for a 4 day stay."

"Linens do not reflect cleanliness as there are stains and the white towels are not really clean white.. also have stains and discolored. Although few food choices in their buffet breakfast, they are fresh. I am not certain if the management knows that there are lots of garbage under their bed frames. The problem of their bed frames is that the cleaners may not really be able to clean underneath as there is barely enough space for their cleaning tools to reach the spaces under the bed frames"

"Loved this hotel! I have traveled to over 84 countries and I can honestly say this is one of only few hotels that has impressed me! - Staff were all wonderful, especially Rose (manager), Aiden and Tracy (receptionists) and Irene (waitress). Each made our stay memorable—ensuring our needs met in every way (big or small)! They are attentive and so hospitable. - Room was great and comfortable. I made an error on my part and overlooked at type put room I booked. But Rose and her staff (Aiden/Tracy) upgraded us to a bigger room with 2 beds—no fuss whatsoever at no extra charge. - Breakfast was wonderful; I was so full each day. Irene made it even more enjoyable—great attitude, funny and attentive. I had requested a fruit not on the buffet and they delivered. Then in the next day, they remembered Ava made sure it was available to me. I will definitely stay here again whenever I return to Hanoi!!!"

"The staff there are the best I've ever experienced. It starts from the time you arrive in your taxi and are greeted by one or two people before you can close the car door. I was feeling sick one day and the manager was so attentive and kind offering any help he could to make me feel better. I just loved my time there. "
