"Great stay, close enough to walk everywhere in Waikiki, far enough from the crowds to relax. Easy to navigate to/from for day trips around the island. Made a perfect “base camp” for our trip. Clean, quiet, great staff, comfy beds, and good amenities. The price was very reasonable for the location."

"There was an elevator outage for several hours and the generator was broken. There was zero explanation, help or even an apology. There was no one at the elevator to tell us it was broken. When I went to the manager to ask, he was defensive and gave me a card with someone number and said to call them with complaints. My mother with previous knee surgery had to come down 24 stories and it affected the rest of our day and trip. Never have I experienced something like this with not even an apology, timeline or any offer of help"

"Great location but this place is too dated to charge the prices they do. Breakfast buffet was not exciting especially the dull atmosphere. Was not happy with the higher than usual parking and hotel fees as the advertising wasn't very clear. Read the small print for sure. Bed was not so comfortable but adequate. Has a lot of potential but missing the mark for the price point."

"We are so happy that we changed our accomodation to the Alohilani resort hotel the day that we arrived. The view from our room (direct beach front) was amazing! We had club access and the hotel staff in this section were so helpful and friendly. The infinity pool area and sunset deck was a great place to chill, grab a bite, a cocktail and listen to live music nightly. The beach across the road was less crowded than some areas and clean. ABC store located in the hotel if you’re wanting to pickup extras. We will definitely stay at this resort again."

"I’ve stayed twice here and coming back was a bit disappointing. My room felt dirty upon arrival, there was no hand soap, I stayed a week and traveled with my family of 5. It was very convenient to use downstairs amenities like the pool or beach accessories rental for free with room stay credit. Overall perfect ocean view balcony and walking distance to many stores and restaurants."
