The fridge froze our food even on the lowest setting, but that could’ve just been our specific room we didn’t end up switching. The staff were friendly and helpful! Definitely recommend the hotels luau and surfing lesson!! Both were a blast! The hotel is also in a convenient location to restaurants and shops! "

"We stayed at the hotel for six nights. The location is excellent, with its own beach and a peaceful atmosphere that never felt crowded. There are also many great restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently close to the Royal Hawaiian Center.
