"Direct access to the beach, and beautiful pool with hot tubs. However, I expected transportation to and from the airport as it was announced online, but there was no shuttle at all for this hotel."

"Overall, the hotel was great—the location and price were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and professional. However, it was quite noisy. We could hear people from upstairs, the lobby, and outside (we were on the second floor), which made it hard to relax and sleep. The bed was also a bit too soft for our liking. Because of the noise, it may not be the best choice for families with children or light sleepers."

"Room was great, pool was in the middle of a whole bunch of buildings very unpleasant , and the restaurant at the hotel definitely eat somewhere else. You can get better tasting food at McDonald's"

"Staff "upgraded" me and my friend to a room with a view facing loud construction. Parking was $45 per day and had an ADDITIONAL resort fee of 50$ PER DAY. This would've been fine, but felt sneaky as we never saw it anywhere during booking and only saw it on the receipt when we got charged."
