"The rooms door slam. The sliding glass doors rattle all night long. The restrooms were kind small."

"Rooms were very clean and the oceanfront room was amazing. I would have like for the bathroom to be a little bigger and the toilet not be 1 inch from door. One other thing, there were no beach chairs at the beach for guest. We had to walk down to the street to store that offered 3 items daily for free that you could rent."

"The hotel was OK. The room was fine. But the staff was top notch! they all made the hotel and our stay the best. They were so friendly, helpful and understanding of a stressful situation I was in and I really appreciate the level of kindness and helpfulness. They showed me and my family. Mahalo Holiday Inn, we will definitely be back."

"The location was great as we were within walking distance of the beach. The front desk staff was friendly but the parking lot attendant was a JERK. As soon as we got there I went to check in and he immediately began yelling at me to move my vehicle. I asked my wife to move it and he began yelling at her without even giving us the chance to. I tried to explain we were just checking in and he said he didn’t care. The lobby is nice but the rooms need updated. I was concerned the window might fall out as loose as it was. We also needed to have the refrigerator replaced as the one in the room overwhelmed the room with the smell of rotting food."
