The property is undergoing major constructions that is loud, smelly, and difficult to navigate with uber drop off/walking in with suitcases but they DO NOT disclose this at all on the expedia website or prior to arrival. The construction was loud in our room and when I went out to the pool, making the outdoor amenities unusable.
The rooms are also TINY and the walls/doors are so thin. I could hear everything that happened on my floor (TVs, conversations, couples hooking up). and the door has a HUGE gap at the bottom so the light was in our room all night. Additionally, the AC didn't really work so we were just sweating in a tiny room all night.
Lastly, everything in the room/ property just felt cheap.
When I complained, their only solution was so "upgrade my room" (aka make me pack up all my stuff and go to a different room higher up even though the elevators took FOREVER) to a room with double beds (i was in a queen room). I told them this wasn't a good option for me because I was already unpacked / I was in a queen bed with my partner, so they refunded me the $30 resort fee.
Stay away from this hotel, especially while they're under construction.
