"The property was very clean and had been upgraded. There was a bus stop right outside the entrance but it was only a ten minute walk to Waikiki beach and there were many restaurants and shops within a five minute or less walk."

"Beautiful property. Pleasantly surprised when we found fans, beach chairs, beach mats in the closet. Property is located right off the elevator so i thought we would hear the elevator but we never heard it. Loved the location as well and could walk to the beach and restaurants. Coffee shop downstairs had the best coffee. Mark was very prompt in responding to email and we would definitely book here again."

The studio is very basic and you need to treat this like a hotel room. "the condo was great, it was clean and easy to find. the check in was smooth. the security guard gave us a tour of property and took us to our assigned parking spot. he answered all of our questions and was very friendly. our condo was spacious and we had a great view of the canal. the kitchen came with everything except a peeler a spatula, knives were very dull. We were not able to connect wifi to TV. liked that laundry soap and extra toilet paper was provided. "

"Spring Break 2024. This condo was PERFECT for a family of four (parents + 2 teens). The location is close to everything in the downtown Waikki area. The lagoon is an easy walk. Nearby is a McDonalds and Hi Brew Coffee shop for easy breakfasts. The teenage girls LOVED the bed in the living area and said it was very comfortable. It was very quiet in the evening and a safe location with gated parking. The room overlooks the marina with amazing views of the ocean using the telescope from the bedroom...

"Great apartment with sunny morning view and shade in the afternoon. Well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach gear. Clean with a comfortable bed for two - didn’t try the sleeper couch. Nice property - well kept common areas and lots of visible security."
