"Great staff, wonderful food, and atmosphere. Room was comfortable and clean. View was fantastic."

"Overall the hotel is located in a good spot. The amenities you pay a “resort fee” which isn’t something that a 20-28 year old would be interested in. I feel the spa should come with that fee or at least half off. You’re basically paying for a good oceanfront view if that’s what you choose. There is an everyday fee to park which I also feel should come included in the “resort fee”. They do need to invest in painting the rooms and doing some work to the overall wear and tear in the rooms, maybe just the room we had. I’d give it a 9 out of 10."

"The breakfast included with the stay was outstanding, offering a wide variety of food and drink options .. it was easily the highlight of our stay. However, the room size was quite disappointing, especially when traveling with kids, as it felt very cramped. Additionally, the elevator wait times were frustrating, sometimes taking 5–10 minutes for guests staying on higher floors."

"Check-in way too long. Driver License for each person required? Everyone had to leave car lock it long delay. Instructions for parking very poor, given wrong side street. Long lines at check in lots of frustration people. "

"Room was clean, and everything worked great. TV size was large, shower temperature control was very good, and they cleaned it as requested. Pool was cleaned and water temperature was comfortable, noticed couple edges damaged, and “do not jump into pool” policy not enforced! Continental breakfast was very good, with plenty of choices including large size waffle machines available. Really disappointed with parking fee(EXCESSIVE) which forces customers to use since there us no other safe options in that area (homeless and alcoholic beverages nearby)"

"The breakfast at the Coconut Club was divine! The bed was comfortable, room was clean, lanai was tiny, the kids had fun in the pool, and the location is great right across the street from Waikiki beach. I just wish the weather would have been better. "
