I usually stay for work in many hotels around US , and mostly of them are ok, this time I was on vacation and I chose this one because the price at the time that I booked was the best offer in the area, with the advice that they charge you $49 a night for parking, and I found it fairly because the area is busy. At the time of checking out the charges me $180 for two nights parking; so be advised that the $49 is a lie, is a hook. One of the nights the front desk guy authorized me to park on a specific spot because the parking was full and I found a note in the morning that they will tow my car away. But the main reason that I’m giving them one star is because the quality of the window and air conditioning. You can heard all the noise from the street I was in the nine floor and literally you can hear everything that is happening on the street; the air conditioning unit is a bad quality window unit that make a lot of noise and if you put the settings in automatic every time that it starts wakes you up because the noises that it makes. So if you come for a relaxing vacation and you want to have a good sleep after a long day at the island try somewhere else. I don’t coming back to that place.

We loved the location of the property and how welcoming the lobby area is. We really appreciated having a daily breakfast. We loved the pool and other activities on the fifth floor. For the price it was ok. Felt room was smaller than advertised , however it was clean and we were out doing things most of the time so size didn’t matter. Great location close to everything . Do not need a car . Transit system stops right in front of hotel to airport . Many scooter rentals nearby as well . Everything is pretty much walking distance . Pool is ok but the Jacuzzi was not working during our stay or rather it was bubbling but no heater . Apparently had been thins way for over a week according to another guest we spoke to. Free breakfast is very convenient .

Amazing customer from check in to check out! Great selection of daily breakfast options. Coffee was great! Always saw someone cleaning, sweeping, polishing handrails, glass windows etc… very friendly to people and prime central location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, beaches, parks and malls. Would definitely recommend for families!
