"I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff spoke excellent English, and breakfast was amazing. But you have to be prepared to Uber everywhere because the roads aren’t exactly walkable. There are some good food options around - especially Box Burger."

当時、私は起床直後で着替えもしておらず、このような対応はホテルとして極めて不適切であり、非常に不快でした。この行為は安全面においても問題があり、到底容認できるものではありません。
私はこれを重大な権利侵害であり、私および同伴者の安全を脅かす行為だと考えています。同伴者は強いストレスを受けており、精神的な被害も生じています。もしこの部屋に女性が一人で宿泊していた場合、さらに深刻な事態に発展していた可能性もあります。
つきましては、ホテル側からの正式な説明を求めるとともに、今回の件により台無しとなった滞在・一日分に対する全額返金を要求いたします。
また、再発防止のための適切な対応を講じていただき、その内容についてご報告いただきますようお願いいたします。"
