「There is a beautiful beach that is totally invaded by a whole bunch of boats, each playing its own music that competes with the music from the resort. It is absolutely annoying, not relaxing at all. One of the boats almost ran me over. Also annoying that unless you have a cell phone, you cannot order at the restaurants. All menus are to be "scanned" or accessed in the app. What if I don't want to have a cell phone on my vacation or if it breaks down? Staff is very nice and try to be...

「The staff was incredible. From the moment of arrival, we were treated like royalty. Our butler Oscar was incredibly attentive and pool bartender Edwin made us laugh & feel very special. Activities director Ninja always brought the smiles. The poolside grill cook (we didn't get his name) was not only an excellent cook but took care of us in many ways. We had a spectacular vacation and definitely plain on returning!」

「I loved everything」

「We had a great stay at El Faro with my family. We stayed there for 6 days. We did have couple of issues with our room at first but the staff went above and beyond to get these resolved quickly. Special thanks to Johanser and his team. We loved the beautiful beach, swimming pools, a nice room, lazy river and multiple dinner options. We are definitely coming back. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It would be nice to see a little more floaties at the lazy river because these get taken fast....

「Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.」

「Ordinary all inclusive resort. Everything was good except mosquitos. I think resort should do better job spraying areas. Got eaten by mosquitos even thou we sprayed ourself with repellent.」
