「The check in and check out process was disorganized and extremely long. Staff easily distracted away from their duties. Really really dislikes porters more interested in taking your baggage away from me before check in process began and didn't convey politely what they were doing. First morning required to attend a 90 minute presentation to sell us vacation share. Will not go again.」

「殆どの従業員は熱心に働き、親切で愛想が良く、素晴らしかった。食事は複数レストランを利用可能だが、使用する食材の多くは同一のものであるとみられ、少々飽きた。
部屋が非常に不潔だった。枕とカーテンはカビが生えたり強烈な悪臭を放ち、ベランダの物干しは破損、水の流れないトイレ(深夜に自身でタンクの蓋を空け水を入れました)、シャワーヘッドのスタンドも破損。部屋をかえてもらった先でも、枕は悪臭を放っていました。」

「Property is very clean, staff is always around cleaning and setting things right. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating. There is food available 24hrs a day, and the sports bar is open 24/7. The beach is large and clean with many chaise lounges. There is a pool bar, a beach bar, a garden bar and the Sports bar. A disco adjacent to the sports bar is open every night.」
