「First of all the only thing we liked was the staff service. Specially Sr. Bolivar Rivas (driver). This person is at your service and problem solving that makes you feel protected. Super Professional and Respectful and a great Human. Another staff is Sr. Jose Nunez waiter (captain) he runs a ship with such a smooth sailing and great human. And finally SR. Adrian Jimenez waiter at the Level Melia beach snack restaurant. He is amazing on remembering your drinks and constantly offering his service....

「I do recommend this hotel I went for my birthday and it was a goood time , not only did I have amazing food , drinks , service. I seen zuse net work while there . I would say I did not like the room I did receive the bed was 2 full size beds put together which if your on vacation with your significant other is uncomfortable to sleep in .
