「Villa Sanah is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. To begin, their rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The photos do not do it any justice. My room had a private pool, and the aesthetic was minimalistic luxury done right (great photos ops). My entire stay with them was calm and serene. 「My stay at Milam was great. Quiet and relaxing. The food and service is excellent. The staff was very accommodating. At one point I had misplaced my wallet and they went as far as checking the security cameras to see what I did with it when I finished my breakfast. They confirmed I put it in a certain pocket which helped me find it. I would definitely recommend this place. 」

「The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.」

「We had a lovely time at Una vida. We had reserved the one bedroom suite via Expedia in which photographs had shown a bathtub however our suite did not have a bathtub. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」
