「Good people terrible beach overpriced property 」

「デポジットの金額が高すぎるのはびっくりしました。 あとはエレベーターが無かったので3階まで重たいトランクケースを持っていくのが大変でした。 それ以外は部屋もすごく綺麗でホテル自体も清潔で過ごしやすかったです。」

「Part of the hotel it seems that they don’t work on it so it looks like is going down, like the area of the pool, the cenote that it’s inside the hotel. Room had a lot of humidity and it smell bad the first day we got there, and by the 3rd day the smell got worst. In the other hand rooms are confortable, the jacuzzi on our balcony was good, the ambient was nice, workers were very friendly and helpful. 」

「The property was very nice, clean, and the rooms were awesome. The Asian restaurant was also amazing. The air conditioning is a problem throughout the resort. After sending 3 technicians to our room to fix the A/C they finally moved us to another room. The new room was not much better. The restaurants on the property are air conditioned but they prop the doors open so all the cold air escapes and you sweat while you eat. I brought this to the managers attention and they corrected it in the bar...
