「This property is great. Great location to Tulum centre. The room was super clean and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped to be able to cook meals. The staff were really friendly and we loved the recommendations from Assaf of things to do in Tulum. Would come again!」

「The place is basically a hotel room in the middle of nowhere. You cannot believe the conditions of the dirt rooads. You cannot even walk them!!!!!! The pool is average at best. No restaurant. The vending machine eats your money. It's sad, overpriced joke of a location.」

「Check in process was smooth. Friendly staff and helpful. Never expected a much bigger apartment wuth a TV with netflix/youtube kitchen and fridge and microwave. Sooo much better than the hotel. 2 bedrooms with two beds and 1 king bed on the other room with uts own full bathroom. There is also washer and dryer which is very convenient if you enjoy the water everyday. There is also a rooftop infinity pool that is only around 3 ft deep which is perfect for my kids that do not need floaties....
