Beautiful property, felt safe as two female travellers, quiet, private, never had to share a pool with anyone else. Free parking. Would stay here again and again!

I’ve stayed at Mistiq Temple multiple times and always have a great stay. It’s a great alternative from staying in the beach zone and a lot more economical but the most bang for your buck hands down!

It was very clean and easy to communicate with the property manager. Transportation was offered if needed and ride from and to the airport as well. We rented a car and even though a parking space was not included they had plenty of space to park on the side of the hotel. The pools were very clean and nice

We had a great stay at Mistiq Temple II , however the area is still under construction and you have to drive through a dirt road to get to this place. The rooms are beautiful and we loved our balcony & garden view. There is 24/7 security.

The property was new construction. No one for check-in for arrival. The towels were dirty and no wash clothes available. The roads weren’t paved around the property. Lucky we rented a car and was able to have access to food and the town. The property did feel safe and the roof top pool was beautiful.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very quiet and safe at the resort. There are under ground parking garages. Beautiful views of the jungle. I loved the rooftop pool the most. The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and lost power temporarily. The roads to drive up to the property aren’t finished so it’s a very bumpy road but I’m sure that’ll be resolved soon as they finish building. Overall, I highly recommend this property! 10 minutes from restaurants/bars/beach & city. Almost 2 hours from the airport. Bring bug spray!!

This place is way too underrated, I was scared at first when I saw the low stars reviews, even the photos don’t describe how huge and beautiful that penthouse is. 3 big master bedrooms, beautiful windows all around, private pool on the patio, full kitchen etc.. 12 minutes away from the beach and close to town and jungle events.
Security 24/7 great communication with host.
Really nothing to complain about.
Only thing to improve is WiFi in the first bedroom (too far from living-room.. that’s how big that place is)

The property is nice but you will need some type of transportation to get around with ease. The internet service is not stable. There is construction during the week around the area. The streets are not paved. I like the property for the quietness and rooftop pools available. You have a great view of the coastline from the rooftops. Great place to see the sunrise and sunsets.

The overall stay was ok. The property is nice I do feel like the cleanliness and the up keep of the rooms could be way better I had an ant problem in my room had to keep buying bug spray. The areas outside of the hotel is a dirty area no sidewalks just dirt road it will be hard to get around without taxi or car. Another thing there is no food located at the property so expect to be paying for food to be delivered or eating out at a restaurant. The bar and restaurants was the highlight of my stay you will enjoy the night life. If you are looking for nightlife I suggest following black in Tulum group. Overall, it was just an okay stay at Mistiq Temple II.
Pros- the bed was amazing, everything is new and it is a beautiful design in the room and in the pool area.
Cons-The area where the property is- is not fully constructed- dirt roads, no lights. The shower took forever to drain- I let management know. The contact didn't respond to any of my texts after checking in. There is almost no cell service in the area unless you are on their wifi.

We stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse, it’s gorgeous, really nice decorated and the views are amazing but we couldn’t take a shower or go to the pool because there was no towels , we called the office and they brought them later but just the shower towels , no hand or pool towels. the first night one of the bedrooms a/c was not working , next day the property manager kind of fixed , it didn’t cool the bedroom enough , still warm but the worst part it’s the road to get there it is almost impossible to drive , it’s a dirt road with a lot of holes and rocks , we couldn’t believe such an amazing property with those roads , they are terrible , if you are going you need a 4x4 to get there , not even think you can walk , far from restaurants or supermarket !

Staying at Mistiq Temple II long-term is an experience that seamlessly blends luxury with the natural beauty of the surrounding jungle. The development boasts multiple swimming pools, including private pools on the roof, offering a refreshing escape with panoramic views. The impressive gym is well-equipped for workouts, while the bodega-style grocery store provides convenient access to essentials. The staff are really kind, welcoming, and helpful with any request you may have. Food delivery is a breeze with Chedraui, Tomato MX, and Rappi all delivering to Mistiq. I stayed in the 2-level loft (with living + dining room on level 1, bedroom on level 2) with full kitchen with new appliances. The luxury hotel-quality bathroom and beautiful views of the jungle from the patio add to the allure of the place, making it a serene retreat. Just a heads-up, though – if you want to visit Tulum Centro, you’ll need a car, scooter, bike, or taxi because the unpaved roads leading up to the development.

Overall we enjoyed our day and highly recommend the penthouse suite! The views are amazing and light that comes in through all of the windows is dreamy!
The area surrounding was under construction so the roads are dirt and very bumpy. During the days there was a lot of noise from a jack hammer.
There isn’t any close by restaurants or grocery and the one located at the first building on the road is pretty pricey. Food was decent.
Wifi was weak. Router in kitchen so the further bedrooms don’t get it. Often flickered on and off.
Oven was disconnected - might now be deal breaker for most but just keep it in mind if you planning on preparing most of your meals.
Limited cutlery and cooking utensils. We needed up buying a chef knife so we could cut up fruit. We left it behind for others to use.
It would be a nice touch if there was complementary coffee grounds and tea. Especially, after a long flight and drive to the apartment; most folks wouldn’t have had a chance to stop and get groceries. A water filtering jug or faucet attachment would be nice so you don’t have to buy bottled water. Thankfully, I packed our hiking gravity water filter knowing that Mexico water isn’t safe to drink.

The hotel and room are beautiful, we stayed 9 days party of 4. My daughters sheets were dirty upon arrival, in her room, they don’t have any house keeping, and there is nobody that u can talk to or request anything from. The biggest problem was not having enough towels to shower with. 9 days and only a few towels that remained wet and never replaced, no extra trash bags so the trash kept piling up, we had to buy trash bags, coffee, sugar,. Had coffee maker but no coffee or sugar, there was a lot of construction but that did not bother us, but when power was lost a total of three days off and on, we were not happy, we had no air no tv and some of the food we bought like ice cream melted. This hotel would of been so much better if we were able to communicate with somebody, it did have security downstairs, but they told us to send message to the fake concierge non existent. Also one of the bathrooms shower overflowed everywhere they did come to fix the shower but never responded to nothing else, so all this being said, the hotel would of been perfect, if it was complete it is still under construction and there is no help from anyone there. Bring your own towels and accessories , oh and also we had to purchase toilet paper too from the supermarket
We stayed in the penthouse and the room despite everything, the room was beautiful, but I don’t think we would stay here again. Also we had a car rental, the roads are not made yet but they weren’t that bad.
Need communication
