「L'hôtel est magnifique, le service est top, le menage des chambres est parfait. Rien à dire à ce niveau là. La serrure pour ouvrir la chambre est un cauchemar. Le SPA est hors de prix. À Miami, les prix sont plus accessibles!! A part ça, tout était très bien. Nous retournerons à cet Hôtel la prochaine fois.」

「Nomad is actually close to you actually are staying with Be Tulum. Be Tulum was a very nice hotel but there is hardly anyone staying there. Free breakfast was delicious but drinks were pricier. $25 usd for a mimosa. I’d recommend staying and eating elsewhere.」

「Everything was beautiful! Staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel is inside a National Park so you'll need wristbands daily (don't forget!). You'll pay once when you arrive, only $7 USD. A LOT of wildlife as the hotel is built around the park but still beautiful, small and cozy! Food was great too!」

「Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. We could not have asked for a better experience. Francisco at check-in was great, as was Juan at check-out. Efrain with VIP services was helpful and made our stay better. Alexandria was our concierge and she made sure we had everything we needed, from room maintenance to making reservations for dinner at the Japanese hibachi experience.
