「Honestly, I don’t recomend this hotel someone searching for a comfortable hotel. Because the room is not so much confortable, just work as the room or lodge with weak shower or wind blow into.. But at least, the housekeepers are working well to have us stay as happy as possible. So I’d like strongly to do to those who want to enjoy the beach inside national reserve park of Tulum. 「Great, spacious, clean, friendly place to stay. The beach had sargasso, like all the beaches on that area during that time. We had the chance of seeing the turtles come to the sand to laid there eggs. It was amazing. 」

「I liked hotel design, building, rooms, cleanliness and pleasant staff, free Kayak for sea/ocean BUT 1) Does not have variety of restaurants in the hotel or around it ( IT IS A BIG DEAL ). Entire area has hotel restaurants & food is 3/5 rating. BTW Be aware!!! shuttle 24/ Hours from Hotel to Airport is 120$ as per Hotel management and we paid 75$ by Cab ( we got lucky) otherwise cab is 100$ as well unless you bargain. 2) It is away from downtown Tulum 20-30 minutes and it is not east...

「This was our first visit to Tulum and we will definitely be back! The service at this resort was 5 star (especially Alfonzo at the preferred beach), rooms beautiful and well cared for, the food/drinks were fantastic along with prompt room service on any request.
