「the ocean was visible from our room, however the beach was covered in sea weed wich i understand is normal but nothing was done to clean the beach. we enjoyed our pool very much !! the water in the pool became visible dirty after a few days , the same thing happened to the main pool and nothing was being done about it. i think housekeeping needs to step it up.」

My parter getting shocked when he turned the light on, to having to strain and twist to get out of the room to the back because of the room planning, the slippery floors in the bathroom and the raised deck boards causing many people to trip. 「The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. 「Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day....
