「Just got back from an amazing family vacation. The villa and staff exceeded our expectations. The property was immaculate and even more beautiful in person than the photos. Water was warm and our beach kept clean. It felt like our own little private boutique resort. We’re already talking about going back next year.」

「Being in the jungle there were some things out of the control of management. Such as BIG cockroaches, and debris getting into the hot tub. There were also times that we lost water although management was very quick to respond and fix it. Air conditioning worked VERY well, the pool was beautiful and cleaned daily. I highly recommend, but be sure to shake out your clothes when you get home」

「Casa Caribbean Soul was wonderful! We loved the location, right on the water, and the dock was the best for getting into the water. The house was beautiful and well taken care of. The caretakers on site made the stay very relaxing and so nice to have someone do a bit of cleaning each day. It was perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen had nice pans and knives and everything was in good shape. Which was a nice surprise for us after previous vrbo experiences! We loved our stay and would go back...

「No sargassum!!! While other homes in the bay had a massive build up, we did not! The star here is Daniel; he extremely kind & helpful and an AMAZING chef! I cannot rate the food he prepared for us high enough, truly memorable meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Anything that came up was handled quickly by Maria/Jarquin. I would highly recommend La Maison Manati for your next getaway!!!」

「The villa was very well stocked from kitchen to snorkels, fins, life jackets and kayaks. The location was close to many cenotes for swimming or just relaxing by the pool or beachfront.The staff was very helpful at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we can return!」

「The owner and concierge were very pleasant and greeted us upon arrival. Initially, the space felt open and airy, but once we entered the kitchen and living area, several issues stood out. There was an old, rusted dish rack and a dirty mop in the corner. The refrigerator had chipped paint, and in direct sunlight it was clear the cabinet and island doors had not been properly cleaned. The pots and pans were old and worn.The outdoor areas were disappointing. The pool had not been cleaned, with dead...
