「Limpio y buena atención」

「Lots of construction going on on. Jackhammers at breakfast. Paint fumes coming through AC from room next door on last night. Many resultants closed on different nights, hard to keep track of what’s available. And pushy pressure to sit through presentation for silly Hyatt travelers club that was super annoying but at least led to nice credit to spend on tour. Otherwise gorgeous place with lovely staff and fees for a family vacation.」

「We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!」

「Just feel everything is trending downward. Less buffet food choices , lot less different alcohol at pool bars . Quite harder to get into restaurants. Also heard more changes coming . We will see about December. Looking less likely」

「部屋は広く基本快適ながら場所に難あり。 まあ歩けなくはないんだけど中心から遠い。 自転車貸出しに期待したが、リスキーなバイシクルに加え夜は周辺真っ暗で無理。 ちっちゃな街の街はずれ感は嫌いじゃなかったけど、やっぱりちっちゃなプールに朝食なしは案外厳しいかも。」

「Unfortunately, our 4-night stay at Playa Canek Beachfront Eco Hotel was very disappointing and far below expectations. We understand this is an eco-style property, but many of the issues were related to cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest comfort — not the eco concept. When we checked in, the suite was extremely hot and muggy. The downstairs area felt dirty, the bedding appeared unclean, and the bathroom was in poor condition. One sink did not work, the other had very low water pressure,...

「娘の15歳成人記念旅行でした。 3部屋あり、キッチンも広く快適でした。 部屋の前はビーチでタートルも時期が合えば 目の前で対面出来ます。 ホテルの周りは何も有りませんが、 TulumへもPlaya del Carmenも近く 問題無し。」
