She also connected us with some amazing local contacts who really elevated our trip.Doris and Sergio handled our transportation and made getting around easy and stress-free. Doris also took us on a cenote tour, which was such a fun and memorable experience.The in-home services were outstanding. Marcelo prepared a delicious breakfast and an amazing taco dinner that everyone loved. We were also able to arrange for massage therapists to come directly to the house, which made for a perfect, relaxing day. And Josue, the bartender, crafted some seriously great drinks that kept the good vibes going.The location had a great coffee shop and taco spot just a short 15-minute walk away."

"Oh man, I wanted to like this place. I wouldn't support this hotel or any affiliated hotels after my stay here. 5 stars hotel? No not at all. Imagine not sleeping your first night of traveling, because the jets were soo loud it sounded like they were draining the entire pool. I kindly asked them to turn off because of the sound, they stated that they do that at midnight. Midnight, 2am, 4am, 5am still on. I mentioned this to the front desk they had the maintenance team look at the issues. I didnt want to be the person constantly complaining however, there was no hot water in the shower. They came and "fixed", then I had about 2 mins of really hot water before it went extremely cold. Imagine washing your hair and having to finish that in freezing water. Lol I jumped in our room pool, that was also freezing. At the end of our stay, I was glad I was leaving. The beds are hard, there were many issues, and yeah the staff is friendly and super nice. Nothing to do with them, its about the amount of money you spend and not get a night's rest or a warm shower. I chose this hotel because it was away from the busy beach, I wanted rest. I didn't get that. At the end they wanted to give me 20% off my 1 tab of food and massage as a courtesy for my inconvenience. However I had to sign a letter saying I couldn't leave a review. I kindly declined because sharing this experience was more important to me. They dont deserve my business. And I would never go back."

"Great space for a 2 week stay. Was clean, spacious and pool was perfect place to relax. Kitchen was fully equipped and a/c was working great. Would definitely recommend."

"Kitchen was not clean. Microvawe was dirty. There were cigarette ashes on the cups. The rust on appliances is a given because its so close to the sea. There is a non existent front desk staff. Only whats app. "

"We had an amazing stay here in a beautiful palapa roofed home. It was well equipped, even had coffee, tea and sugar. Bathroom included ample towels, and shower \ hair products. It was nicely decorated, the hammock was great to relax in and beds were comfortable. Outside was beautiful with lots of plants, tiny geckos, birds and a few resident cats which were sweet and friendly. The pool was refreshing and had a good temperature. There was a rustic covered outdoor common area with more hammocks and a place for yoga or meditation. The onsite caretaker was friendly and helpful, even offering us some mosquito repellent. Pool and grounds were cleaned daily. I highly recommend!"
