"This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. "What a magical hotel complex! The buildings and grounds are absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained. The hospitality we experienced was like none other. The hotel was easily accessed via the Tozan train. It's a short walk to the hotel from Miyanoshita Station, but there is a hotel shuttle available if preferred. We stayed in the Forest Wing and the rooms were comfortable (firm mattress!) and clean. The breakfast was delicious with amazing presentation on China and silver dishes. So many things to explore - the outdoor gardens, the onsen, the pool, the gym, the museum, and the coffee/beverage room. I would come back to Japan/Hakone just for this stay! Arigato gozaimasu!"
