I love the beautiful scenery, the wonderful activities from the karaoke, bowling, tennis/badminton, and especially the onsen. The shuttle bus from the Nebukawa station is really helpful to get to the hotel without walking about 30 minutes from the station.

The Hilton has myriad of requirements for using the pool and hot springs. It's not possible just to walk into the pool area and start using it. We couldn't even see the pool because we were not appropriately attired, meaning we weren't wearing swimming clothes. The rooms are small and so are the bathroom and enclosed toilet.

This was our second year staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the combination of sea and forest is really lovely. Last year it was excellent in every respect. This year, however, it was so crowded with families and young children that navigating the breakfast area was really a challenge. The hotel uses only the finest ingredients, and the service is very fine, but so many young children not under parental control spoils the atmosphere. If a separate area for families with young children could be set up, or separate dining times that could improve everyone's enjoyment of this fine hotel.

Hotel is prima met een heel fijn zwembad en goede shuttlebussen waar je wel afhankelijk van bent want in de omgeving is verder niets op loopafstand. Voor een vakantieganger misschien toch iets te formeel en bij de receptie spreken ze niet allemaal begrijpelijk engels.

悪天候の中での旅行でしたが、ホテル内の施設・アクティビティが充実しておりとても楽しい時間を過ごせました。ホテルまでの交通ルートが1本しかなく、渋滞すると迂回が出来ません。またコンビニが遠いのが少し難点なくらいで、あとは最高でした。

お世話になりました。家内が姉妹と子供達と一緒にこれまで何度か滞在していました。家内の勧めで私は初めて伺いました。今回は家内と息子家族と共に宿泊しました。 2才半の孫と様々なアクティビティを楽しみました。食事もとても満足しました。リゾート滞在の雰囲気を盛り上げるホテル全体のデザインが素敵で大満足でした。さて、是非また滞在したいですが、幾つかの知りたいことやお願いがあります。 1. コネクティングルームはあるのでしょうか？ 2. 洗面所に拡大鏡が欲しいです。 3. 他のホテルにはあったのですが、90センチ程度の子供にフィットする浴衣やパジャマがあったら嬉しいです。こちらでは最小が110センチと伺いました。

友人との１泊旅行での２回目の滞在でした。景色も綺麗で、プールなどの施設も綺麗で気持ちよく、また来訪したいホテルです

とても手入れが行き届いていて、スタッフもさすがヒルトンだなと思いました。岩盤浴を利用しました。アロマの香りで癒され、しっかり良い汗をかきました。時間制で予約が必要です。安価ではない利用料なので、クールダウン室等があれば良かったと思います。大浴場の温泉もよく温まりいい湯でした。サウナも露天風呂もありました。サウナ室にテレビ、露天風呂に時計があるともっと良かったです。
