Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
I choose this hotel for two reason: location and five star reviews. So I was so surprised to see very thin dingy yellow old down comforter in the room. Bed was too firm for me to sleep comfortably. After checking taxi was at hotel ready to drive you to airport that was plus.

Check in was busy and confusing. They have a semi self check in but had people there to help as it was not self explanatory with what you should do. Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
Property including rooms are very clean, rooms were on the smaller side though and so was the bathroom. Great amenities, convenient to have laundry and baggage storage facility in the hotel. Property has 2 convenience stores that are absolute life savers.
