"🌴☀️ What an unforgettable stay at Barceló Maya Palace! 🇲🇽 From snorkeling alongside sea turtles right off the beach to relaxing by the massive pools, every moment felt like paradise. The crystal-clear water, beautiful weather, and breathtaking views made for the perfect getaway. The all-inclusive experience exceeded expectations, with delicious food, refreshing drinks, and endless options throughout the resort. What truly made the trip special was the warm and friendly service from the staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Whether we were exploring the beach, enjoying the pools, or simply taking in the beauty of the property, Barceló Maya Palace delivered an incredible vacation experience that our family will never forget. "One of the best all inclusive resorts I’ve stayed at. Food was amazing, room stayed clean, various excursions to go on, people were friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone! The only challenge was the resort was so large that it took us 15-20 minutes to get anywhere and the restaurants are not labeled, but staff helped us get places. We also couldn’t swim at the beach due to ALOT of seaweed."

Beaucoup d’algue pour la période d’août Très petit resort, petite piscine … pour un séjour de 1 semaine, tu fais vite le tour… Ce n’est pas un 9/10, je donne à l’hôtel un 7.8/10 Tout le personnel était parfait et très accueillant"

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya. What we loved the most was the peaceful, relaxing, and healthy environment throughout the resort. It was exactly the kind of atmosphere we were hoping for on our vacation. The food was amazing! We especially loved the buffet, which offered a great variety of dishes every day, all very well prepared. We also really enjoyed the food stand by the pool—it was perfect for grabbing something delicious without having to leave the pool area. The resort amenities were extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff was another highlight of our stay. Everyone was respectful, friendly, and always willing to help with any request. We were also impressed by how smooth and well organized everything was. Check-in, check-out, airport transfers, and our excursions were all easy and stress-free, which allowed us to simply relax and enjoy our vacation. The only thing my family and I did not enjoy was the amount of sargassum on the beach. Unfortunately, because of it, we only visited the beach twice and stayed for a short time. However, we understand that this is a natural and seasonal issue and not something the resort can control. It was certainly not a deal breaker for us. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and left with great memories. We would absolutely recommend Riu Palace Riviera Maya to families looking for a beautiful, peaceful, clean, and well-run all-inclusive resort. We would happily return!"
