"Traveled here in April 2026 and it was sooooo nice. The upkeep on the property is amazing, my husband and I had a great time, good music, staff was beyond amazing, everything was close by, beaches were kept clean and the pool, the food was amazing, I will definitely go back here again!"

"Calling this a beach front property is such an exaggeration. There’s a strip of sand but the water is so rocky that you can’t even walk around in the surf. The algae was overgrown and made the entire pool area smell like dead fish. Also the pool and bar had very limited hours which seems unfair for an all-inclusive resort. Food was mediocre and there was only entertainment around dinner time so you’d have to decide which was more important. "

"The road leading into the property was very run down and kind of scary but once on the property its beautiful. The staff is 5 stars! Someone greats you with welcome drinks, you check your bags in, and check in. All the resturants and buffets were very clean and wonderfully decorated with modern decor. There were a few property things that could use attention like missing pool tiles, broken tiles, and just things that if you looked reslly hard you'd notice poor craftmanship. The spa was amazing. But the best part was the staff. Every single person was kind and helpful. We really enjoyed our time there"

"Nice hotel, very large. It’s a bit like a small town. Entertainment wasn’t great. When the wind is down, the beach is very nice and they keep it very clean. A solid four star hotel. We have stayed in several in Cancun and this one rates well."

"The rooms and grounds were very nice. We spent our time at the pools. Two large pools, two bars and some bar service. Food and food choices were good. The only negative was the beach due to seaweed. We usually see some seaweed at the beach but this was extreme as it was also floating in the water. They tried to clean up the beach but didn't have much luck. This also made it smell. Hoping it was just a bad week/month for the ocean. "

"Good location and clean. They were even cleaning the trash cans every night. The beach is smaller, but you can swim further out than in looks in the pictures. We enjoyed our stay as a family!"

"The resort is nice, staff is nice as well, food is just ok. Construction is happening on half of the property and drills or saws were going off while we tried to relax at the plaza. The one thing I really didn’t like was the room design, and I mean the new renovated room design. We came with two kids, the bathroom area is blocked off with frosted glass, with a door to the shower, door to the bathroom but NO door to the actual bath/sink area which made it hard to have privacy getting dressed etc. Also there is a coffee maker but no plug, unless you move the coffee maker to the nightstand or the bathroom. Overall, we had a good time but will probably not come back. "
