「英語が喋れるスタッフが少なく部屋を掃除してくれたときに部屋の電気をつけるためのカードが持って行かれてしまっておりそれをロビーで説明しても全く理解してもらえず新しいカードが発行されるまで時間がかかった。また床が掃除されていないのであまり清潔には感じなかった。また利用したいとは思わなかった」
